2022-2023 Bahar Dönemi Landscape Design I stüdyosu kapsamında Doç. Dr. Ebru Erbaş Gürler ve Doç. Dr. Melih Bozkurt yürütücülüğünde ve Araş. Gör. Başak Akarsu ile Araş. Gör. Fatma Sultan Bozkurt asistanlığında gerçekleştirilen “Therapeutic Landscapes: Empathizing with Vulnerable Groups” projesi kapsamında Türkiye Spastik Çocuklar Vakfı Metin Sabancı Okulları ile işbirliği yapılmıştır.
İşbirliği kapsamında okul yönetiminden ve eğitmenlerinden olan çok kıymetli Ebru Özker, Cerebral Palsy üzerine bilgilerini ve bu okulda eğitim gören çocuklarla deneyimlerini öğrenciler ile paylaşmıştır. Öğrencilerimiz seminerden edindikleri bilgiler ve konu ile ilgili araştırmaları sonucunda geliştirdikleri projelerini Metin Sabancı Okulları’nda hazırladıkları sergi ile vakıf yönetimine, okul yönetimine, öğretmenlerine ve okul aile birliğinden çok kıymetli velilere sunma imkanı bulmuşlardır.

2022-2023 Spring Semester Landscape Design I “Therapeutic Landscapes: Empathizing with Vulnerable Groups” Project Exhibition
The “Therapeutic Landscapes: Empathizing with Vulnerable Groups” project, conducted by Assoc. Prof. Ebru Erbaş Gürler and Assoc. Prof. Melih Bozkurt and assisted by Res. Assist. Başak Akarsu and Res. Assist. Fatma Sultan Bozkurt, within the scope of the 2022-2023 Spring Term Landscape Design I studio, a collaboration was made with the Turkish Spastic Children Foundation Metin Sabancı Schools.
Within the scope of the cooperation, Ebru Özker, who is one of the school management and trainers, shared her knowledge on Cerebral Palsy and her experiences with the children studying in this school. Our students had the opportunity to present their projects, which they developed as a result of the information they gained from the seminar and their research on the subject, to the foundation administration, school administration, teachers and very valuable parents from the school family union with the exhibition they prepared at Metin Sabancı Schools.
